Medifast vs Ideal Protein
 

Hi everyone. I was just wondering about your opinion on which diet is better medifast or ideal protein? I have done medifast before but I have to say the tast of the food was not even close to good. Is the ideal protein food better? I also noticed that Medifast has new foods that were not available when I did the program. Does anyone know if the taste has improved? Can't wait to hear your opinions!
