Newbie with PCOS -Need help/support/advice
Hi my name is Meg and I was just diagnosed with PCOS. I have always had trouble with my weight and now I know it's not my fault. PCOS causes you to obsorb your food into fat storage aposed to useing it as energy. One of the best things you can do to reverse your PCOS symptoms is to lose weight... well easier said than done when you have a condition that causes weight gain! lol.... just looking for help/support/people who also have PCOS. What has worked for you and what have you tried? Thanks!

Everyone has a reason they are overweight. Don't feel defeated. What plans/diets have you tried or are thinking about?

Hello. I don't have PCOS so I'm not entirely sure how that works, but I'm new here and trying hard to lose weight as well seeing as I'm obese and would love to be at a healthy weight. I don't know much about diet plans specifically, but as long as you eat healthy fruits and veggies, drink plenty of water, and try to walk at least 30 mins a day that should help. I've been doing this and I've lost about 6-7 pounds in about two weeks so just making healthy choices will make you feel great! You've got all of us here at 3FC here to support you. Good luck!
