Hi all. Not too sure how to use this site yet. My husband and I just started IP today. I'm a new mom to an 8 month old, and am finally going to tackle this weight issue that I've been blessed with after eating copius amounts of chocolate and poutine during my pregnancy. I'm really hoping for good results, and am thinking that being on here may help keep the motivation up! Looking forward to hearing from others going through the same thing as me. :carrot: very excited to see how this works!!!

Good luck. Very lucky to have your husband join as my husband didn't like the expense. A co-worker and his wife are on it and have both done really well. He lost more quickly and reached all of his phases his wife is still in phase one but he is so supportive of her. Today he came and ever so careful asked how last week loss was so he could report back to his wife. I have found it easy easy.
