Hi everyone - I'm new here!

Hi everyone,

My name's Natalie and I'm 21 yrs old. Over the past couple of years I've noticed that my weight has been slowly increasing from around 115 lbs to 145 lbs. I've tried dieting and exercise before but I've never really had the willpower to stick to any diet plans.

I've decided it has to change now! Looking forward to meeting everybody! :)
