Need 2 Lose
 

Hello,

Im a 39 year old female. Ive been overweight now for about 10 years and have had a health scare. Its sad it took that for me to get motivated, but its better late than never. I wanted to join this forum so I can be held accountable and to have motivation from others that are fighting or have fought the same battle. Im so glad to have found this site and cant wait to look over all the material and make lots of new diet buddies---need all the help and motivation I can get.:)

Like you I am also new to this.... I recently had a baby and ironically lost more weight during pregnancy that any other time in my life,that was short lived as I gained even more weight. I am 36 years old and some days I feel hopeless. I've tried many things and today I purchased the fluidity bar....will keep you posted!

Welcome! I have a lot of health issues, so I know how hard it can be to lose weight and stay motivated to exercise. I don't want to get all preachy because I've only been doing this for 9 days now, but it's doable if you set small goals and stay realistic.

I don't know what your health scare was, but I hope you are feeling better now. Take it easy and take pride in the small accomplishments.
