Just Joining
Hello all- Just wanted to introduce myself. I am a Mom of 4 beautiful children and over the past 10 years of having babies and taking care of my family I have not taken care of myself. This summer I topped out when I saw a picture of me and seriously started to cry. I have struggled with loosing weight for 4 yrs on and off and never lost more than 10 lbs and it just came back. So I am ready to finally do this right and really change my life, I HAVE TOO! I am 26 days into my diet and I think doing pretty good just over 10 lbs gone. I am not big on talking to people I know about my weight loss issues of the past as when I do they always say, oh you look great and start complaining about how fat they are. These are my friends who are size 2 and maybe 4, UGHGHGH. So I have only confided in 2 people since my serious journey has begun ( one being my husband who is trying to be so supportive). My hiband said he is going ot do this with me but the only problem is he only has 5 to loose and has already lost 3 lbs. I would like to loose 30 lbs, big difference.
I am excited that I have found you all as I think this will be a great place to get extra support and motivation. Since I am down 10 lbs I feel better but am not below where I have gotten stuck before and that is the key. So I am looking forward to getting on with this. I kissed 160 goodbye, hopefully for the rest of my life and now I am looking forward to saying goodbye to 150....;)
