Hello. New here!
Hello everyone! I just joined the forums here after searching through google for some weight loss support groups. I have been browsing around since yesterday and decided to join. It seems like everyone is great and super supportive!
Now to introduce myself, my name is Marina and I am 24 years old. A few years back I used to be 220lbs, made it down to 145lbs, and now I'm back up to 175lbs after giving birth to my son just two years ago and slowly gaining the weight. I have been doing research and trying to get a good plan/system going for me to get back down and to keep the weight off.
I'm so glad to have joined and hope I make good use of this wonderful resource!
