Hi!

I've been struggling with my weight pretty much my entire life. I've lost weight many times and even lost 101 pounds one time, but have always gained it all back.

This time I am working on getting healthy inside and out. It has finally clicked for me that both go together.

It's always nice to find a community of people that understand what you are going through.
