Hi y'all. After gaining 50 pounds the last 5 years, I am going to try to get serious and lose it. I think it was the shock of seeing the "real me" in pictures compared to the way I thought of myself.
I am a mom of 4 (ages 2-16), and I provide chidcare in my home to 3 other children parttime. I do not have time to go out and join gyms..honestly if I did I am sure I would be too embrassed to go. I recently bought Zumba Exhilerate dvd set and hoping to get some motivation.
I love to eat and I am pretty lazy. I find the hardest point in the day is not to "graze" while getting things ready for the kids.
