Just another chick on a diet...
Hello all! So glad I have stumbled upon these forums. :)
I am a new mom (almost 6 weeks PP) who had a very healthy and active pregnancy. I was able to go on the elliptical 5xweek until I was 39 weeks pregnant, and even then I continued to walk. (I walked 2 miles the night before I went into labor) I am not exactly over weight, and I don't have really any baby weight to lose, but I have decided that the fat I do have is unhealthy fat and the things I am eating is not helping much. I am hoping I can find people on here who can give me support that others around me can't. Everyone tells me that I am skinny (even though my legs and tummy pooch do jiggle a little) but apparently because I am small I don't need to exercise or diet. For me it isn't about the weight loss, but the toning. I can't tone unless I change my diet and I can't get toned unless I start to exercise! So there is my intro and a hearty hello. I really hope I can find some support and give some as well! :hug: |
