hello :)
i am a newbie to this site. I am a Canadian girl looking for people who share the same goals and struggles through this thing called weight loss. I have been up and down with my weight but after I finished nursing school, my weight crept higher and higher until I didn't recongize myself anymore. I have been following WW on my own for 5 weeks now and have lost 19lbs in total. I have been following very carefully with my points. Cut out lots of sweets, breads, and the salty food WHICH I LOVE SO MUCH :( but I am 100 % committed to this. I am married with two children. Looking to talk with people who knows what it's like to struggle with the daily challenges. :D |

With WW you don't have to cut out foods. That's the beauty of it. Just limit it. Trust me it works and it will make it easier to stick to the plan. WW is flexible, plan your day and allow some treats. That's how it works best. |
oh trust me, I haven't restricted myself completely, lol. If I feel like a treat, I will have it...that's the beauty of WW. I do not deprive myself..I just am more aware of what is going in my mouth. I measure food portion...because i am terrible when it comes to portion sizes...it's been a real eye opener :)
