Hello! New SBDer on board!
 

Hello! My name is Kristina. I have two beautiful daughters named Ani Rose who is 8 and Aerilyn Gael that is 14 mos. When I got pregnant with Ani Rose I gained a lot of weight, I've battled losing it with fasting, SBD, WW, Slim Fast and I'm sure I have left some out! I've gotten down under 200 at some point but gained it all back. I'm more than likely done having children and have little excuse to continue living so unhealthy. Though I've had a lot of confusion as to whether to do SBD or WW since I know both are very good diets, I've decided to go with SBD so I don't have to track much. I like knowing what I can and can't eat without worrying about much else. My husband is in Hawaii on a road job and I feel like I should take care of myself for my daughters esp. since I've been so exhausted lately. I think it's time to make a considerable change in my lifestyle. So here goes nothing.... :carrot:
