I've just registered to this forum :)

I'm a 20 year old woman from Scotland, UK. I've been battling weight problems since I was 11.

I've tried diet after diet before, with some success, but then the weight piles on again.

I want this time to finally be the time I lose the weight and keep it off for good. And I'm looking forward to meeting people who are fighting the same battle :)

Hello there KH20! So glad you found this forum. You will not regret joining as there are so many helpful folk on here.

Try to visit daily or at least a few times a week. It has been the best thing I've done to stay motivated and inspired.

Welcome to the forum. I too have battled with weight all my life and am working on taking it off for good. You will find a ton of support and information on this forum!
