Hi, I'm 26 and from Buffalo, NY. I've gained a bit of weight over the last few years (and fluctuated a bit), but I've recently realized I'm the most I've ever weighed and want to commit to making a change.
I'm 5'7" and about 162-165 lbs. My short term goal is to get back to 150; longer-term, I'm aiming for 135. Just started at a gym again last week. Went 5 days in one week-- so far, so good. My eating is up and down, some days really good and some not so good at all. I've tried to lose some weight before, but never got anywhere with it. I think being connected with an online support group would help! Thanks for reading. :) |
Hi, we are both at our highest weight and want to commit to making a change! Well I have a much bigger goal and I am positive that we can DO IT!
