Im following the Prism diet. So far its the only "diet" Ive been able to stay on and not "cheat" Ive been on it for 6weeks now and Ive lost about 13 pounds.
I live in Colorado with my boyfriend and our fur baby Tigger. Im not working at the moment. I used to be a chef, but life had other plans for me.
Well thats me in a nutshell.

Congratulations on the 13 pounds lost! I've not heard of the Prism Diet, but it sounds like it's working wonders for you. Good for you!!
