Loosing 100lbs 1 lb at a time! YAY!
Hi everyone! I have been on a diet for the last three weeks and I feel like my results aren't as dramatic as I thought they would be. I have been counting calories and I'm not sure what I should or should not be eating to help boost my results. Anyone have any suggestions???

What were your expectations? How "dramatic" did you think your results would be? What are your stats and how many calories are you eating a day? Are you exercising any? Are you taking measurements & pictures? Or are you only looking at the scale? We'll need more information if you're looking to change anything. If you look around, every member is making healthy changes and focusing on losing weight one step at a time. But it takes a long while to see "dramatic" results. That's why we celebrate every little thing along with the big things. :) This is a long journey. A lifetime of a journey. We have to be kind to ourselves, we have to be patient, and most of all persistent. |
