I should have never left
 

Back in 2005, this forum helped me loss over 40lb and achieved my goal weight. However, once I reached that weight, I didn't take maintenance serious. And 6 years later I am back, having gained back all the weight I lost plus 25lb. So this time, I am here for life!

Welcome back!!! I did sort of the same thing (but didnt have quite the success you did losing 40 lbs!) but now that I'm back I know I have to be back for LIFE!

Come join our September challenge, its not too late, September is just starting, and kick start your weight loss by setting a goal for October 1st!! If you did it once, you can definitely do it again!!

Thanks for the suggestion, I am definitely checking out the September challenge. The great thing about this forum is the number of active members who are so supportive!
