New to the forum and Body Ecology Diet
 

Hello All,

My story is a sorted tale of weight issues stemming back as far as I can remember. 2 years ago I lost 40lbs of 60lbs I wanted to lose with Medifast, but then had to stop because I was just over it. I maintained for a while, and then digestive issues began surfacing and I was on a serious round of antibiotics that destroyed my system even more. 2 Rounds of antifungals later and I still have candida, and have gained 27lbs of that 40lbs back and I am very sick of the medications!

I am now on day 3 of the body ecology diet and am feeling pretty good minus this headache but I can deal with it as I am use to the die off at this point!

Anyone else on BED?
