Time for a change
 

Hi All! I am so ready for a change and to get my life back. I has been 140 most of my life until about 5 years ago, and over the past 5 years I have slowly gained over 90 lbs. I am miserable now, and am ready to lose it. I just don't really have the support at home or with friends that I need, soo I am looking for others going through the same thing! I tend to lose 20/30 with fad diets..and then gain it right back..sadly.. Ready to make it permanent. :carrot:

Many of us without support at home have turned to 3FC to get that help, so welcome :) Good luck with losing - you sound like you are in the right frame of mind to do this!
