Hi everyone, saw this site and thought I might join and get some help/tips from other people as I am having no luck on my own
let me introduce myself:
My name is Nicky and I am 24 years old I have struggled with my weight all my life but in the last 3 years I have put on quite a lot of weight, I managed to buy some scales the other day and was devastated to find out that i am 19 and a half stone!!!!
Im 5"7 and I have got a massive mission as i would like to lose 5-6 stone.
The problem is though I am a really fussy eater, I dont eat meat or fish as i dont like the taste and texture, I am addicted to bread and am at a loss as to what to eat that will help me lose weight but also give me a healthy balanced diet.
Any tips for healthy but tasty non meat or fish recipes would be fantastic, Quorn or 'fake meat' is a no no as they just taste like meat and i dont like the texture.
Looking forward to talking to people on here so let me know your ideas
