Step! .... Hi everyone, I just found this forum today and signed up with great excitement! What a Inspirational place it is! Sometimes all it takes it one small phrase or sentence from someone else in the same "place" to make you re think things and for the light to go on!
I have been on this journey for a bit now hit the 100 pound loss as of this morning, 102 to be exact.:cheer2:I have plenty more to go but think it will be much easier with the support here

First of all - CONGRATULATIONS on losing 100 lbs! We all know what kind of dedication and commitment that achievement takes :yes:

We're all on our own paths, but we know what a struggle it can be.

You might appreciate several different areas on the boards. The 100lb Club, for those who have or need to lose 100 lbs or more. The 300 Club, for those of us who began at 300+ pounds. Plus the other support clubs, and all the other great areas with helpful and encouraging people.
