New from Miami

  • hello all my name is Milly and i reside in Miami fla.. here to meet new ppl looking for the same .. ( loseing weight ) anyhow i work during the mid day and go to the gym at night thank you for 24 hr gyms im 5'3 and weight 190 my goal is to get to 130 its harder for me to eat healthy foods that are green because im on meds called Coumadin ( blood thinner ) where i cant intake Vitamin K it thickens blood and thats my issue my blood is tooooo thick. well i want to meet new ppl and here their stories
  • Welcome millyxoxo! I encourage you to check out the "dieting with obstacles" forum as you might be able to find other with a similar problem who know how to work around it. At least you're here and that's what matters. Losing weight is 90% mental and 10% achieving your goals. I, too, am new here, but those I've met are pretty friendly. There are a lot of resources here to help you get started on your weight loss goals, so take advantage of them. =)
