Hello!
My name is Amber, Im 21 from New York. My journey started in Feb of this year and ive fallen on and off the wagon. Right now im trying to go full force back on like i was went i started. I started at 282 (pics of brown hair) and dropped down to 257 (pics with blonde hair). I felt soooo amazing when people would say to me "youve lost so much weight, you look great" but i had a huge struggle trying to lose weight in the beginning that it messed with my head a bit and i fell off track from thinking i wasnt losing anything. I now have everything clear and need to get more motivation to go to the gym!! I just want to throw a thank you out there to everyone who shares their pics in the mini goal and success stories, it helps me alot to stay motivated and focused and see what i can do! Im looking for friends and people who have been through this and can share tips and tricks with me :)

Wow! Congrats on your success. I have fallen down a time or two and the wonderful people on this forum have helped me to get back up.

Hi Amber,
It's amazing how much motivation I get when I log on here and read everyone's stories. That's my tip to you, log on here every other day or 3 days and find your motivation. Also you look FABULOUS!!! staying on the wagon is so hard at certain times but you can do it! Keep up the wonderful work!

Hi Amber. When I feel like I'm going to quit and start binging on junk food I log onto this forum. Even though I don't post or respond much this site really helps me stay on track. This forum is very motivational and it helps me be accountable for everything.

I have to agree i really like reading peoples mini goals and success stories it really gets me motivated. Ive been kind of obsessed with 3FC the last couple days and have been doing pretty good :) Its great knowing theres other people who know what youre going through

Hey! Wow, well done on your loss so far!

Things that worked for me is I have pictures of motivational quotes/people on my wall and I read it to myself everyday. I also try to eat 6x a day and excercise 5x a week for about an hour. Fruit, veggies, whole grains and my secret weapon..green tea!!
