My name is Emily and I'm 22 years old. I've seriously got back into weight loss recently. I'm taking a trip to California for a convention in October and want to lose as much as possible and of course continue afterwards as well. I've lost weight before but unfortunately, gained all of it back plus some. I'm looking forward to losing the weight for good this time. :dizzy:

Welcome!! I feel so old saying this but I wish I had taken weight loss seriously when I was your age :) stick with it and don't beat yourself up if you have a bad day. I look forward to reading your goal post one day!
