Hello from NY
Hi all. Hoping to make this year the year that I reach my goal. Not just weight-wise, but in living; feeling better physically and mentally, getting off the couch more and out into nature. Most importantly, hoping that by dropping the weight and getting more active, I can get off diabetes medication or significantly lower my need for it. Hope you are all well!
