Hi! I'm from Canada, I'm 5ft and just two months ago, I looked like a fat filled spring roll when I put on a dress at 140lbs. A health scare motivated me to lose the weight. The first 30lbs came off quite easy and I know the last 10 is the hardest, but I am up for the challange.
Since June I have been eating healthier and I practice portion control. I have been attending Zumba classes twice a week, I walk everday for leisure outside and 3 weeks ago I started doing cardio every night for at least 3-4 miles.
I am currently at 110lbs. I've always been 100lbs all my life except the last 4 years when I let myself go and became lazy and binge every night. But I am determined to reclaim what was once mine.
So 100lbs me, get ready for a come back.
