Hi, I'm new

I googled Heavy to find a message board that was talking about the show, and found you guys. My mom board has a weight loss forum but it's kind of slow. I was hoping to find some support to lose these last 5 pounds. I started at 260 2 1/2 years ago and weigh 145 now. I don't want to give up my soda and ice cream but know I have to. :p
