How was your weekend ? I did OK went for a 3.5walk on saturday and 2.5 walk on Sunday and went to exercise class this morning

I tracked my food all week and weighed in was only about 1/2 lb I guess i need to work at it a bit harder How did you do?

I am sorry I have been out of touch for a while. I was lucky enough to go out to Scottsdale Arizona. I was a kind of worried with being off my daily routine so much. And wouldnt you know not a scale to be found in the condo I stayed in. I couldnt wait to jump on a scale as soon as I got home. I've actually did pretty well.. down about 3 pounds. wooo hooo my bridesmaid dress just might be comfortable now.

Keep up with the walking! And a 1/2 pound is a lot... that's great.

Thats great down 3 lbs Keep up the good work Are you still exercising or did you not get a chance while you were away? Yesterday was a bit high incalories but back on track today I also exercised with my group today I will walk for the next 4 days then back to my group on Monday

The most exercise I got was paddling myself around the pool LOL But I really watched what I ate so I guess it worked out. I am hitting the basement for a work out tonight.

Dont beat yourself up for one high caloric day.. it's over. Like you said.. back on track today

Oohhh my I tried the Bob Harper kettle bell work out last night... Its a wonder I didnt fling it thru the TV set. LOL

I only made it 18 minutes out of a 20 minute work out but I can feel it.

Oh my hoe do you feel today I have heard of kettle bells but have never done the workout My friend came over today and we walked at keast 4.5 miles
I weighed in on friday morning but did not lose anything this and I know why My hubby and I atr out 3 times this week I will do better this coming week How did you do?

I liked the Kettle bell.. but it involved a lot of squats.. OUCH! I keep plugging away at it. I also threw in a EA2 Sports active work out... I get bored so I have to mix things up. This week was ok. Only down about 1/2 lb but I'll take it! I've kind of stunk at tracking my food. I love eating out but it seems no matter how good you try to be with your choices it's just not like preparing your own meals. Just keep plugging away.. it's all we can do. I refuse to ever give up!!!! Have a great labor day weekend!

Good afternoon
Well I must have done better I was down 1 lb this week You are right we just have to keep working at it
I have been busy this weekend with canning veggies from the garden i just have some salsa left to make, I use it on my baked potatoes instead of butter and other things
I start back at regular exercise classes back at the gym this week the class has still gotten together over the summer and exercised but it was all outside

have a great rest of the weekend
