Newbie is back for support

Hello, hello

I posted a few times back in 2006 when I was very ill with a myriad of food related disorders. I lost motivation to do anything, including being active on a forum. Now, I am in a much healthier mindset. Older, wiser, married :) I am happy!

I'm back to seek support for losing the last few extra pounds while I train for my 3rd and 4th full marathons. I am very excited!
