So I've always been overweight like...always. 2 years ago I got on a scale and it said 392, which of course scared the **** out of me but as usual I couldn't really seem to find the energy to do anything about it. Since then I've lost almost 50 lbs basically just by being a little more carefully about what I ate but I've been going between 350-370 for the last like, year so now I'm going to have to actually try. And since I'd like to live past 30 I'm starting now.
