So very excited to be back!
Hi everyone! I was on this page about a year ago and all excited about losing weight. Well I lost about 15lbs and that was it. You couldn't tell which was annoying and eventually I gave up.
Well I am back again and very happy to be so! I finally found my answer. Atkins. I started May 9th and I've lost over 30lbs. I was a size 20 and now a size 16. And that was only 3 months ago! I hope everyone here finds what works for them and I am happy to be a part of the group again!
