Hi, I just came across this site this morning when I googled "weight creep", something I'm having trouble with. I know I'm snacking too much but I'm only snacking on fruit. It's still too many calories at the end of the day and I get so frustrated. I went from 145 to 105, kept it off for 6 years but for the last year my weight is slowly creeping back up. I'm fluctuating between 107 and 110. Seeing 110 on the scale sends chills through my spine, since I work very hard to keep my weight under control. anybody else having trouble with weight creep? I know my weight is perfectly normal at 110 but I don't like it.

hello! I am also new to this site and I wanted to say you've done great so far! how long did it take you to go from 145 to 109?? I am almost the same height and weight a you when you started, with the same goal :)

Hello, I'm new to this site. I'm so frustrated, I'm the largest I have ever been and I continue to eat. I am an emotional eater, I'm going to get serious about excersice and diet this week. Need a lot of support!:stress:
