Hi, new HERE, but not a new dieter

Hi all. This is another attempt at losing it, and hopefully keeping it off. I joined WW at work for 16 weeks. I am diabetic II, hypothyroid and have a fatty liver. I'm 30 pounds from reaching ww's highest goal. Realistically, I should be able to hit it. In prior attempts at ww, I'd get close, then ping pong the same 5 pounds for a while, then gave up and quit. I don't want that to happen, but it is very hard when you lose slowly. I didn't expect to lose in the first week and I lost 1.6. The 2nd weigh in was today, and I lost nothing. But, I will stick with it regardless how slow and how disappointing it can be, for the full 16 weeks. I am of course following Points Plus because that is their current program. Last time I was on WW was about 9 years ago, and I don't have those papers (nor would I want to use them now) but, I don't know about momentum or flex or core. I don't want to do simply filling and my leader hasn't even suggested it. There isn't a forum here for Points Plus that I've found. I see flex, momentum, core, etc. Is there a PP forum? Anyone following WW PP? Thanks, and good luck to us all.

Welcome to 3FC! There is a WW section of the forum full of people who might better be able to answer your question. ^^
