Hi all!
My name is Liza and I'm new to the whole forum thing, I stumbled upon this site through a google search for Chalean Extreme reviews and I would love to have all the support that there is here! I look forward to "meeting" others with goals similar to mine.
I am 26 years old, and am looking to lose 50 lbs to start. I am working out with Chalean Extreme and counting calories.

There's a 20-something's area, a Calorie Counters section under Diet Central, and an Exercise area where you might meet others using the Chalean Extreme.

Take your time in looking around, and please post and participate wherever you feel comfortable! :yes:
