Fattest I've ever been!

  • And so depressed with it

Ever since hitting puberty I've had a problem with my weight. I've got PCOS which doesn't help either. I've done countless diets over the years but always put the weight back on with interest.

So here I am. 31years old and 16stone 2oz. I'm 5 foot 7 so can carry it fairly well but I'm still a big girl with a lot of excess weight.

I've got 2 children, and while I can find it in myself to make sure they have healthy home cooked meals I can't seem to extend that care and attention to myself. My husband is not much help as he's a foodie too and isn't very good at supporting me when I diet.

So, here I am, ready to start again. This time though I hope it will be the last time. If not for me, then for my little boys. They deserve a happy and healthy Mummy. Not the grumpy, sad, fat one they've got at the moment.
  • You can do it <3 Just make lifestyle changes that you know you can stick with. =)
  • Welcome =)

As SarRawrNaomi said, it's about making changes you know you can continue with. Be it adding in more vegetables, or drinking more water, or taking a stroll each day. Something you know you can change and stick with to start.

You can do this! Best of wishes~
  • Welcome! Best of luck on your weight loss journey.
  • Thank you for the welcomes I've been and set myself up with a Blog to try and track my progress.

I'm going to take you advice and set myself a mini goal of 7lbs by the time my eldest son starts Year one. That gives me 5 weeks to lose just over a pound a week which should be achievable
  • You can totally do it! It's time to take care of yourself like you do your family!
