You think I'd have this figured out by now!
When I was pregnant with my daughter, I belonged to a pregnancy support website, and enjoyed it so much, I figured that now since my daughter is almost 8 and I'm back up to my pre-pregnancy weight (yes, PRE-pregnancy!) I'd come here to do something about it!
I was heavy before I got pregnant, had my daughter, then slowly dropped down to about 25 lbs. below my pre-pregnancy weight, which was just right. I've fluctuated quite a bit, but now I'm back up to 160 and am incredibly uncomfortable. When your UNDERWEAR starts getting tight, it's time to do something.
I've been heavy most of my life, so this is nothing new, and I swear I've tried almost every diet known to man, except low carb, because I'm convinced I'll DIE without carbs. I will be starting with a simple, low-calorie eating plan tomorrow, and will try to incorporate some exercise into the mix, although I absolutely hate any form of exercise. I've yet to find one I like.
