Hello!

Hello All,

My name is Laura, and I'm jumping back on the get healthy wagon! Last August I started the Carb Lovers Diet, did very well, and lost 30 pounds. Well, since January 20 of those pounds have crept back on, so today I'm starting over again. I'm back on the Carb Lovers Diet and ready to feel better about myself.
