Hello!

Hey everyone,

I just started the Ideal Protein Diet a couple weeks ago after my mom's friend had a ton of success on the diet, so now my mom and I are doing it together. I'm really excited about it and feel that this is one that I can actually stick to!

After my first weigh in last week I'd already lost a little over 5 lbs so I'm excited for tomorrow's weigh in. I'm excited to talk with all of you and share our success together!
