Hi there--
I'm a chronic dieter and so far I've lost about 60-70 lbs from 3 years of off and on dieting. I'm planning on starting a new weight loss program which will be the Juice Lady diet, or basically a juicing diet.
I've got a lot of stress in my life which is probably my biggest roadblock for losing weight. I'm a stress eater and a boredom eater. I'd love to have some support and advice in this new journey!
I'd love to be there for others walking down the same treacherous path!

It is a journey indeed. I don't know very much about juice diets, but I am betting there are folks on here who do. Either way, would love to offer up some support, Lord knows I am starving for it too... that's why I am here, trying to get some. My DH is wonderful support, but not one other person in my day to day life is backing me really... frustrating. But... we do this for ourselves, not others right?
