Hey all I'm not new just have been M.I.A. I've actually been a member since 2005. My name is Latavia. I'm 28 years of age and in the worst shape of my life. I'm back here because I'm ready to take control of my life (health && weight)!! I have reached my peak at 193.6. I'm 5'3 with a medium frame. I've always been around 145-150.. Size 8-10 pants.. Everything started in 2005 after giving birth to my son. I went from 163 to 201 during my pregnancy. After I had my son, I went immediately down to the 170s. I had become lazy and started eating everything and gained up to 185. I lost back down to 163. Maintained 163 until I met my husband in 2008. I gained back to 175. During my pregnancy with our baby girl, I gained over 60lbs. After I gave birth, I lost down to 210 and was stuck there for awhile. In Jan. 2011 I got down to 172 and now I'm back up to 193.6..I'm extremely determined and motivated to get back in shape. I'm tired of feeling & looking the way I do....Can't wait to become active on the forums again :-)

My start was 281. I am now 271, my goal is 167
