New Here... Hello from So California.
 

I have read so many wonderful and lighthearted posts that made me smile. Also included are the ones that are just so honest and to the point about missing the mark and trying again. Pretty sure I've come to terms... I thinking I'm an emotional eater. I have food sensitivities (allergies) which makes this an even tougher challenge. Last year I found out I was allergic to broccoli & other cruciferous veggies. Broccoli?! Yes!! I lost @20 lbs in one month. The puffiness just melted. Now it's Stevia. =/ I've gained back 10 lbs. My biggest obstacle it seems is me and getting out of my own way. We'll see. Glad I found this site. I feel inspired already!!
