Hello all! I've started this intro three times before and never posted it because posting it means I'm accountable and that's kind of scary to me. I have four daughters for whom I want to be an example ... and not a bad one. I don't want to fail. I can not allow myself to fail. I am sick to death of being fat. So ... here I go ... the journey begins. God give me strength!

Welcome, I'm new here too! I don't know how I found this website, but I'm glad I did. Everyone is so inspiring. I haven't tried to lose weight for a long time, but it's definitely time to do this, for myself and no one else. If anyone else gains something from my experiences, then great, and if not? I'll be taking my health back and that's all that matters!

Welcome to 3FC. There are lots of nice folks here who are so encouraging and supportive.

My children were, and still are, a huge motivating factor for me. Good luck on your journey!
