My name is Lisa. I am 35 and from just outside Buffalo, NY. Today I had the chance to speak with Jillian Michaels for one of her upcoming podcasts and she recommended I come to this site! So here I am. Hoping to connect with some others on my weight loss journey!

Yes she did! She said it is a great community and that she used to blog here but can't anymore because of contract stuff with the people that does her website. Can't wait to explore more!
