Hi Everyone, I'm new. I have been battling my thyroid for years. I can watch what I eat and workout all I want, but lose nothing. It is like my metabolism is gone. I am now borderline diabetic and have cholesterol issues. I found out about the cayenne fruit here and thought it might be worth a try. Has anyone found metabolism success?
