Hello New Community =)
 

Hey there!

I heard about this website from a youtube video of Jillian Michaels who mentions this website while she's speaking at an event. I decided to check it out and like what I see so far! I am about half way on my weight loss journey and am excited to be apart of a community of like-minded individuals all on the path to a healthier and happier life. I started my weight loss journey in January of this year at 188lbs. I am happy to report that as of this morning I am at 157.6 lbs, down 30 lbs!! Although I am very proud and humbled by how far I have come, I still have those days when I wonder when/if that day when I hit 130 will ever come. I try not to let the self doubt and negativity get to me and am making it a goal to be 130 by December (the holidays will be hard! lol). So I'm excited to have people to lean on and learn from and hope to spread the love and encouragment to anyone and everyone who needs it!

Can't wait to dive in and start posting :carrot:
