newbie! needing some accountability!
Hi! I have been up and down with my weight. Highest was 243 about a year and a half ago (well, for quite some time before that too), then down to 195 about a year ago. Then our two children were placed with us and now I am back to 229. Bummer. I have some medical stuff going on including pcos and hyperinsulemia (insulin is high often = jacked up system including weight gain = me on medication). This week my Dr checked my levels and my hormones were out of wack majorly which, he feels, made me gain the weight back. So, hopefully meds and refocusing on diet and exercise will get me back down. My goal is 199 but I have other goals below that...will deal with those when I get closer!
I am focusing on staying at 1500cals, increasing protein and cutting out junk carbs.
