Hi! I'm new.
Hi everyone.
I have read this forum a few times in the past and just recently decided to sign up, so I thought I would introduce myself. A few years ago I got my weight down to 195, but I have unfortunately gained most of it back. I'm looking forward to reading and posting here and I can't wait to get going again and get the weight off. |
Hello Georgia Rose, I am new also I joined 3 days ago. What are you doing to lose the weight. I decided to try the ATkins diet. I am on my 4th day and have been feeling a little nausated. Good luck DiAna 1017

I'm right there with you! I've ALWAYS seemed to struggle with my weight, and even though I've ALWAYS eaten healthy and exercised regularly when I could, I just could never push myself to continue. The rest of my family has always been thin, so they've been supportive, but never fully understanding where I'm coming from. But I'm hoping that being here will help (: |

Hello everyone I am new and started the Atkins diet.
Hello everyone I signed up 3 days ago. I have been reading a lot of posts. I like what i have read. I have gained 60 pounds over the past 6 years. I am weighting 199. I used to weight 140. I am going to try very hard to stay on the Atkins diet for at least 6 months. I hope.

If that diet is making your stomach upset/sick, you may want to try something a little different. I know my mom's friend actually had to go to the hospital because of the same effects she was having from following it SO closely. If it's ANY help, I've been doing a blood type diet, and has worked WONDERS! Maybe that would be of some help? (: |
