Finally losing it!
 

Hi Everyone! Im new to 3FC! Im 34, happily married and a SAHM of 3 children. Ive struggled with weight my whole life. Finally at 16 do to eating right and exercising I was at my goal weight of 160 lbs. But as the road of life gives you bumps and turns along the way...I gained and was a whopping 280 lbs. Pregnancy,marriage, not being accountable for what I put in my mouth and pure laziness was the result.

I did end up losing weight on and off getting down to 230 lb then becoming pregnant with my beautiful daughter..and the weight came back on but I did eventually get down to 250 lbs after the pregnancy. Frustrated with myself and knowing I need that extra boost to lose more.. On April 1 2011, I joined Herbal Magic..finally doing something for myself not others. My starting weight was 250 lbs, and today I am 210 lbs..40 lbs and 50 inches gone!! My goal weight is 160lbs, but if I can get down to 145 Ill be happy ..if I keep determined I know I can do it.

Hi Carey!
I am also new to this group and am on the Herbal Magic program. I have lost 18 lbs and my goal is 30. I had to switch centers recently as mine closed and have been having a hard time because the ladies aren't as helpfull as the ones I had before. I was at a standstill for 2 weeks with no losses but am back on track this week. Any help or recipies that you would like to share would be great! I was looking for someone else on here that is on HM. Hope we can talk more about our success!
