Hi everyone! My name is Sarah and have officially registered:) I have been dieting for the pastweek an have come to the site everyday to help me remember why I'm on this tuff journey. I have some questions about the goals and misni-goals timelines. How do you make the little tracks that show the weight loss. Please help. I have lost three pounds and would love to see amy weight do down on those cute charts! Thanks: ) We are in this together.... Thank You!

The charts require being a member for 20 days and having 20 posts around the boards. Think of 20 days as a mini-goal in itself! It's what I did. :) After 20 days on plan you get to show off all your progress! We definitely are all in this together! I wish you much success and stick around to get your tracker =) |
