Newbie from New Mexico!
 

Hello everyone!!

My name is Yvette, and I am on a weight loss journey and hope to meet new people on here who understand exactly what I am going through. I have been on other sites, but they did not seem very friendly. I loved the name of this site and thought it sounded much more like ME! LOL.:carrot:

I am not new to weight loss, as I was a chunky child, but managed to drop it all once puberty hit. The came the childbearing years and my weight has been up and down a bit. However, these past 5 years my weight has steadily increased over 100 pounds for no reason either I or my doctor(s) can find. So here I am. I am taking prescription diet meds as well, but I want to be able to vent and just share my experiences.

Hi Yvette! I was overweight since around 14, and it just inched up. I lost it once, then gained it all back plus 30 *groan*

Down again, and staying down! grr!

hi , I too am from New Mexico however I do not currently live there but my family still does,my heart belongs to New Mexico ....lol welcome
